WinePress Publishing was not stolen. How Timothy rejected ownership with Account testimony of facts.
The Ownership Transfer Gets Pulled
SPEAKER_00: How ownership was rejected by Timothy Williams of Wine Press.
SPEAKER_00: Ownership transfer was mere days from final approval by regulatory authorities when Timothy Williams promptly directed his accountant to notify the IRS and all pertinent government agencies.
SPEAKER_00: He ordered the immediate withdrawal of all paperwork related to winepress and the complete termination of the sale process.
SPEAKER_00: Mr.
SPEAKER_00: Williams unequivocally rejected ownership in no uncertain terms.
SPEAKER_00: See Winepress accountant video testimony.
Athena’s Letter Of Confession
SPEAKER_00: The following is how the rejection of ownership happened, but first, in Mrs.
SPEAKER_00: Holtz's own words, in the last letter she penned before the completely unwarranted and reckless annihilation of so many lives, she laid out the motive and the precise method of what was about to unfold.
SPEAKER_00: Quote Dear Timothy, I cannot blame you for ignoring my calls, as I am no different than the boy who cried Wolf.
SPEAKER_00: Like Mike said last night, I don't know what to say.
SPEAKER_00: We've been here before and it never went anywhere.
SPEAKER_00: I am determined that this time will be different.
SPEAKER_00: On Sunday night, after Mike admonished me, I beg God to let me feel the pain I have caused you, and Carla, Malcolm, Jan, Mike, and James, the TOC Committee, not to mention, Jim Noreen, whom I completely destroyed.
SPEAKER_00: He is answering that prayer and the pain that I have caused you to endure is horrible.
SPEAKER_00: I finally get the post you put on the boards about how nice I am while stabbing you in the back.
SPEAKER_00: I am so easily flattered by those who wrote lovely words about me.
SPEAKER_00: The truth is, those people don't really know me.
SPEAKER_00: They don't live with me, so it's easy for them to have positive things to say about me.
SPEAKER_00: They've never crossed me, stood up to me or pointed out my sin.
SPEAKER_00: So of course all they see is my good side.
SPEAKER_00: The truth is, I've destroyed every close relationship I've ever had in my life because I'm a bully, a manipulator, a liar, a user, and completely arrogant.
SPEAKER_00: No wonder I've always gravitated to business and excelled there, because I never have to get close enough to people for them to see the real me.
SPEAKER_00: I am, truly, no better than a man who calls himself a Christian and is well respected by all, who secretly beats his wife and kids at home behind closed doors.
SPEAKER_00: You and Malcolm warned me when I shredded my journals that if I did not fill myself up with the Word and the Holy Spirit, then I'd have seven times the demons coming back to fill up the empty space in my heart, instead of filling myself up with good, I filled myself with bitterness, resentment and arrogance, and I flattered myself too much to detect and hate my sin.
SPEAKER_00: Job chapter thirty six thirteen The godless in heart harbor resentment, even when he fetters them, they do not cry for help.
SPEAKER_00: Amos chapter five seven through ten.
SPEAKER_00: You who turn justice into bitterness and cast righteousness to the ground, he who made the Pleiades in Orion, who turns blackness into dawn and darkens day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land, the Lord is his name.
SPEAKER_00: He flashes destruction on the stronghold, and brings the fortified city to ruin.
SPEAKER_00: You hate the one who reproves in court and despise him who tells the truth.
SPEAKER_00: Instead of holding on to Jesus' commands and obeying them, I played the fool and have been overcome by these sins.
SPEAKER_00: Proverbs three verse eleven.
SPEAKER_00: My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline and do not resent his rebuke.
SPEAKER_00: Ephesians chapter four verse thirty one.
SPEAKER_00: Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
SPEAKER_00: Instead of obeying Romans chapter eleven, verse twenty, and being afraid instead of arrogant, I became like Romans chapter one verses twenty eight through thirty two.
SPEAKER_00: Romans chapter twenty eight through thirty two.
SPEAKER_00: Furthermore, since they did not think it worth while to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done.
SPEAKER_00: They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed, and depravity.
SPEAKER_00: They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, and malice.
SPEAKER_00: They are gossips, slanderers, god haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful.
SPEAKER_00: They invent ways of doing evil, they disobey their parents, they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless.
SPEAKER_00: For months I have allowed my broken relationship with you and Carla, Malcolm, Jan, Mike and James, and the rest of the body persist.
SPEAKER_00: So what is the point of my prayers?
SPEAKER_00: If I will not obey, leave my gift at the altar and be reconciled with my brother.
SPEAKER_00: He will not hear my prayers for a job, a soft heart, or an obedient spirit, as I am in rebellion as I pray for an obedient heart.
SPEAKER_00: I have stabbed you in the back repeatedly, every time you rebuke me, in my heart I grow more and more bitter and rage against you, the Lord.
SPEAKER_00: Proverbs nineteen three.
SPEAKER_00: A man's own folly ruins his life, yet his heart rages against the Lord.
SPEAKER_00: This is my pattern in the way I avoid the pain of the cross.
SPEAKER_00: If I harden my heart and blame you for my condition, I won't have to feel the pain of all my rebellion, pride, bitterness, resentment, betrayal, lies and self love.
SPEAKER_00: I do not want to stay this way, I must face up to the truth now or there is no hope for me.
SPEAKER_00: I do not expect to be able to fellowship with you and Carla, as it will take a long time to prove myself faithful and worthy of such fellowship, but I must make it right, somehow.
SPEAKER_00: I am not sure how, but I must at least be restored to you as my father in the Lord.
SPEAKER_00: You were in answer to my prayers twelve years ago, and instead of treating you as such, I have treated you as if you were a curse.
SPEAKER_00: I have hated you in my heart, the one and only earthly father in my life who has loved me enough to stand up to me.
SPEAKER_00: Please accept my confession of my sins against you.
SPEAKER_00: I am deeply grieved over all the pain I've caused you and Carla.
SPEAKER_00: I intend for the sorrow that I feel to lead to true repentance.
SPEAKER_00: Athena Dean Holtz.
SPEAKER_00: End quote.
SPEAKER_00: Athena Dean Holtz's first marriage was annulled within two weeks.
Patterns Of Manipulation And Sabotage
SPEAKER_00: According to the accounts surrounding that marriage, she drove her husband to such frustration and frenzy that an altercation occurred in which her arm was broken.
SPEAKER_00: Her current marriage is her fourth.
SPEAKER_00: Husband number three had to leave the house every six months, or so simply to get away and escape the relentless torment caused by her sociopathic behavior.
SPEAKER_00: In Timothy Williams' direct experience spanning many years, Athena exhibited the same classic sociopathic patterns, relentless talking, lying, constant excuses, ever shifting stories, and deliberate setups designed to cause others to fail.
SPEAKER_00: She was eventually barred from attending conferences with Timothy's late wife because her behavior proved so consistently emotionally destructive.
SPEAKER_00: One documented example among hundreds, besides her constant attempts to sow bitterness between Timothy's wife and her husband, was that moments before his wife was scheduled to speak, Athena would deliberately rearrange her notes, undermining her preparation and composure.
SPEAKER_00: This pattern of subtle sabotage occurred day in and day out, often twenty four hours a day with everyone within her reach.
SPEAKER_00: Athena Dean Holtz is not joking when she declares she is a bully.
SPEAKER_00: In her own published words, Athena described herself as a bully, a manipulator, a liar, a user.
SPEAKER_00: When she grew tired of repenting and picking up her cross, she, as she admitted in her last letter, gave up saying, What is the use?
SPEAKER_00: Now Miss Holtz takes the good she learned from Timothy Williams' excellent management of wine press and employs his own book, Gossip and the Gospel as a playbook for destruction.
SPEAKER_00: Timothy quickly learned he had to remain permanently on guard in any matter involving Athena Dean Holtz.
The Last-Second Move That Ends It
SPEAKER_00: The backstab that rejected the wine press transfer This is precisely how the proposed transfer of wine press publishing ownership to Timothy Williams was ultimately rejected.
SPEAKER_00: Timothy Williams immediately instructed the accountant to contact the IRS and all other authorities to pull the paperwork associated with winepress and stop the sale.
SPEAKER_00: Mr Williams fully rejected ownership and never pursued ownership again, period.
SPEAKER_00: Those committed to truth immediately recognized the familiar pattern, especially when viewed alongside Athena's own final letter, in which she admitted to having stabbed you in the back.
SPEAKER_00: Jan Owens, in her testimony as accountant for Wine Press, stated that all necessary paperwork for the ownership transfer to Timothy Williams had been properly filed with the IRS.
SPEAKER_00: Athena Dean Holtz herself believed and assumed the transfer had been officially stamped and taken legal effect.
SPEAKER_00: Athena publicly announced the sale at a major industry conference, published a detailed article in a leading trade magazine, and informed all the employees.
SPEAKER_00: She had even flown in an out of state financial expert to perform a thorough evaluation of the business.
SPEAKER_00: In short, Athena Dean Holtz was publicly, fully committed and excited about the deal.
Allegations Of Prosecutorial Protection
SPEAKER_00: Of course, King County prosecutor corruption were not interested in verifiable evidence.
SPEAKER_00: See Jan Owen's full testimony.
SPEAKER_00: That was the moment Athena Dean Holtz struck.
SPEAKER_00: While Timothy's attention was fully consumed elsewhere, operating winepress required intense, simultaneous focus across multiple demanding areas.
SPEAKER_00: Athena casually walked past the office where he was meeting with someone.
SPEAKER_00: In a low, rapid voice, without stopping, she tossed out the words I am not sure I want to sell winepress.
SPEAKER_00: No discussion, no prior warning, no formal notice, just a passing remark delivered for plausible deniability and to attack at a later date.
SPEAKER_00: The tactic was transparent.
SPEAKER_00: Athena would now claim to anyone.
SPEAKER_00: I told Timothy, but he moved forward anyway, or craft whatever narrative served her interests.
SPEAKER_00: It was another calculated knife in the back, another destructive power play, another display of bullying dominance.
SPEAKER_00: By that point, Timothy had endured too many such wounds.
SPEAKER_00: He recognized the maneuver instantly and responded with decisive speed to protect the situation.
SPEAKER_00: Days away from the ownership being finalized by authorities, when Timothy Williams immediately instructed the accountant to contact the IRS and all other authorities to pull the paperwork associated with Winepress and stop the sale.
SPEAKER_00: Mr Williams fully rejected ownership and never pursued ownership again.
SPEAKER_00: Anyone who reads or hears Athena Dean Holtz are those repeating her claims, slandering Timothy Williams by saying he knew, blessed her actions, or cheated, can be certain they are being lied to.
SPEAKER_00: She has a documented pattern of breaking the law and then attempting to pin the blame on someone else.
SPEAKER_00: See Trashbag Fraud.
SPEAKER_00: Extensive records of these behaviors existed at Wine Press, yet King County prosecutors refused any investigation or allowance of truthful testimony, knowing full well it would prove damaging to taking down Sound Doctrine Church, Wine Press Publishing, Salt Shaker Bookstore, or Christian Pastor Timothy Williams.
SPEAKER_00: This protective stance was evident when prosecutors dropped Athena from testifying in the Malcolm Fraser case at the very last moment, informing the defense only in the first hour of the trial, thereby shielding her sociopathic and clearly destructive behaviors from scrutiny and cross examination.
SPEAKER_00: Miss Holtz, who was not afraid to tell her story, had just fled to Texas to avoid the defense calling her to the stand.
SPEAKER_00: As a result, whenever Athena Dean Holtz later claimed he knew or asserted, he said it was God's will, or offered any similar justification by accusation, these statements serve as a clear indication of manipulation and setups to destroy.
SPEAKER_00: In Timothy Williams' extensive experience, virtually nothing involving Athena Dean Holtz ever proceeded cleanly.
SPEAKER_00: Every interaction required stripping away layers of impurity, deceit, and calculated confusion before truth could emerge.
SPEAKER_00: It was a deliberate last second sabotage executed with built in deniability, the signature move of someone who had refined such tactics over a lifetime.
SPEAKER_00: The full record remains clear for any unbiased observer willing to examine the facts, the testimony, and the documented patterns.
SPEAKER_00: After all she confesses and is proven she is a liar.
SPEAKER_00: Just the kind of individual prosecutors in Washington State enjoy.
SPEAKER_00: Disclaimer This reflects the opinions and firsthand accounts of individuals who are witnesses to and live through the events described, including what they experienced as systemic corruption in this case.

A Witness Rejects The Theft Rumor
SPEAKER_01: I'm here for one purpose and one purpose only.
SPEAKER_01: This is what I have to say.
SPEAKER_01: Timothy Williams did not, did not steal winepress.
SPEAKER_01: There's been this rumor going around for years saying that he stole wine press.
SPEAKER_01: It's not true.
SPEAKER_01: In fact, it's absurd.
SPEAKER_01: Timothy's integrity was unbelievable.
SPEAKER_01: He had published some books through through Wine Press, quite a few.
SPEAKER_01: I don't know, I don't remember the exact numbers, seven or eight, something like that.
SPEAKER_01: And he took all those books, except for one, he did keep Gossip and the and the Gospel in print.
SPEAKER_01: All the others he took out of print.
SPEAKER_01: He wanted there there to be no appearance at all that maybe his books would get priority, or you know, or he was going to take advantage of some specials or anything.
SPEAKER_01: It was like, nope, all of his books out of print.
SPEAKER_01: It was just amazing his his integrity, you know.
SPEAKER_01: And of course, that's just something I have just observed in his life.
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I would have to say, you know, in all my years, and you know, my 70 plus years, you know, I've met a lot of men in my life, and I have never met a man that is holy and righteous as Timothy.
SPEAKER_01: And I've known him for 20 years, and I've seen the cross just work, the cross of Christ just work, the purity in his life.
SPEAKER_01: It's it's just amazing.
SPEAKER_01: But you might be wondering, well, hey, you know, uh, what's Winepress?
SPEAKER_01: Who's Timothy William and who am I?
SPEAKER_01: You know, well, I'm gonna get into all that.
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna tell you that and a lot more.
What Wine Press Publishing Was
SPEAKER_01: First, let's start with Wine Press.
SPEAKER_01: What what was Wine Press?
SPEAKER_01: And I am saying was because it's no longer uh it's no longer in existence.
SPEAKER_01: But Wine Press was an incredible company, it was a Christian self-publishing company.
SPEAKER_01: I'd never worked in the uh publishing industry before, and I would just I I love working for this company.
SPEAKER_01: I love this company so much.
SPEAKER_01: But uh what they did is, you know, there's so many authors, people that they've written books.
SPEAKER_01: They've written very excellent books, well written, inspiring, good messages, and everything.
SPEAKER_01: But traditional publishers, they won't take them because they want the big name sellers.
SPEAKER_01: They want to make sure, hey, if we sign this this book, uh, this uh author up, you know, we can sell a million copies.
SPEAKER_01: Well, they don't know these smaller authors, you know.
SPEAKER_01: So this provided an opportunity for these authors to get their message out and have a quality product from 2003 until 2015.
SPEAKER_01: I was the accounting manager there.
SPEAKER_01: So this story is from the perspective, well, of the accounting department, because that's the department that I know.
SPEAKER_01: Now, when I first came to work for Wine Press, that was back in 2003.
Accounting Red Flags And Why Stay
SPEAKER_01: I um I started uh in the in the accounting department, and uh the operation was kind of shady, you know.
SPEAKER_01: As I was uh exploring things, I found out that they had not one QuickBooks file, not two QuickBooks files, uh, but three.
SPEAKER_01: I mean, typically sometimes, you know, companies will have like a second set of books, but they had three sets of books, you know.
SPEAKER_01: And of course, then I found out that payroll taxes hadn't been paid.
SPEAKER_01: Uh money had been deducted from the employees' paychecks, but it was never sent into the IRS.
SPEAKER_01: So that's a red flag.
SPEAKER_01: Um, and there were other things too that were going on, but just those two, I mean, should be red flag enough that if you wanted to work in a in an upright company, a legal operation, that you would run, run far from there, you know.
SPEAKER_01: So you're probably asking, well, hey, why did you say?
SPEAKER_01: If you saw these things that were going on with the company, I mean, you know, why why didn't you leave?
SPEAKER_01: Well, I'll tell you why I didn't leave, and there's it's one reason.
SPEAKER_01: Timothy Williams.
SPEAKER_01: Uh, the owner of the company, um, I'm I'm not gonna identify her name, I'll just call her uh Jezebel for this uh for this interview, but she had hired him, he was actually the pastor of the church that we attended.
SPEAKER_01: She had hired him to come over and look over the operation, you know, and advise her and counsel her.
SPEAKER_01: And he was going to turn this into a respectable business.
SPEAKER_01: And Jezebel at the time, she wanted that to happen.
SPEAKER_01: She wanted to change her ways, she wanted to run things according to the rules, you know, follow standard accounting uh principles.
SPEAKER_01: And so um, so I stayed at Wine Press.
SPEAKER_01: And so you might be wondering, okay, well, who is this Timothy Williams?
SPEAKER_01: You know, well, for one thing, uh at the time he was the pastor of the church that I attended, and actually uh Jezebel attended that church there.
SPEAKER_01: That's where I met her, and we were actually roommates.
SPEAKER_01: We were roommates for about eight years, and he came in, she had him counsel her on running the business, and it was incredible, just so amazing to see how he transformed that business from a shady, unorganized operation to well, really, they ended up being the number one best selling, uh, number one self-publishing company in the industry.
SPEAKER_01: And it was just, it was just like I said, it was amazing to see.
SPEAKER_01: And Jezebel loved it too, you know, because she was kind of the face of the company, you know, and she liked going to conferences and speaking and giving classes and meeting with authors and stuff like that.
SPEAKER_01: But now she had an operation behind her that was reliable and she could actually produce the quality product that that she was promising authors.
SPEAKER_01: So for her, oh, this was this was so great for her.
SPEAKER_01: And she didn't really like the day-to-day operations, so especially didn't really like the accounting department, you know.
SPEAKER_01: Uh, in fact, we butted heads quite a bit on, you know, what is standard accounting practices, you know.
SPEAKER_01: She'd come to me and want to, well, I need clothes.
SPEAKER_01: I need some new clothes, you know, to go to this conference, you know, so I need company money.
SPEAKER_01: It's like, no, a new wardrobe is not a business expense, you know.
SPEAKER_01: Um, and but anyway, she.
SPEAKER_01: She wanted to change things around, and so you know, so so she she did agree to to go by the rules.
SPEAKER_01: Well, as time went on, Timothy actually took on more and more of the responsibility at Wine Press.
The Proposed Purchase And Valuation
SPEAKER_01: He was always called in if there was a difficult situation.
SPEAKER_01: And about the year 2006, uh Jezebel asked if he would buy the company.
SPEAKER_01: And it was kind of an interesting time for him because he had been a pastor of the church, I think I mentioned before, but he had retired the previous year.
SPEAKER_01: So he did have he did have some uh free time, some extra time, you know.
SPEAKER_01: But was this what he wanted to do?
SPEAKER_01: Well, it wasn't what he wanted to do, and he balked at the idea, you know.
SPEAKER_01: He's a pastor, he's not a businessman.
SPEAKER_01: This is not, you know, this is this is not not really his line of work at all, you know.
SPEAKER_01: But then at the same time, you know, he was asking, well, I don't want to do this, but is this what God is working, you know?
SPEAKER_01: His wife, uh his wife Carla encouraged him to take this on, you know, because she really thought that what this company needs is a pastor's heart.
SPEAKER_01: Not a businessman, but a pastor's heart.
SPEAKER_01: So eventually he uh he did agree that he would buy the buy the company, but he had one condition, just one.
SPEAKER_01: And what that was is that Jezebel wanted to do this a hundred percent, and she wasn't gonna look back.
SPEAKER_01: That was his only condition, that if that was met, he would go ahead and move forward with it.
SPEAKER_01: And so she agreed, yes, that is what I want.
SPEAKER_01: So uh we started uh changing over the operations.
SPEAKER_01: Uh I set up accounts for him, new accounts for him with the IRS, the state of Washington, got all that paperwork in order.
SPEAKER_01: Uh Jezebel hired an outside uh CPA who specialized in evaluating businesses and coming up with the fair market value for a sales price.
SPEAKER_01: And actually, he flew in from, I think it was uh California, he flew in from California, stayed uh Jezebel's house while he was here, and spent three days at Wine Press publishing, you know, just going over the books.
SPEAKER_01: You know, he would be telling me, oh, I need this report, this report.
SPEAKER_01: He was interviewing uh department heads uh in the company, tour touring the company just to observe how the operation went and um, you know, and meeting some of the employees and everything.
SPEAKER_01: Now, now Timothy wasn't wasn't a part of this evaluation at all.
SPEAKER_01: I mean, he was an outside consultant, so um, you know, the CPA didn't even really ask about ask about him, you know, or want to know any any more about him.
SPEAKER_01: You know, he was just just what is going on, you know, just uh it mainly in the accounting department he wanted.
SPEAKER_01: So anyway, he left and mailed mailed back his his report.
SPEAKER_01: Uh every everything was in order.
SPEAKER_01: Uh we were all excited, the employees, we knew what was happening.
SPEAKER_01: Uh uh Jezebel started announcing this in the media.
SPEAKER_01: There was an article in one of the magazines, and she started speaking about it publicly.
SPEAKER_01: So it was just, you know, gangbusters moving ahead, moving ahead, you know.
SPEAKER_01: Until one day when uh Timothy was at work, uh Jezebel walked past his door and just kind of mumbled under her breath, I don't know if I really want to sell wine fresh, you know.
Sale Canceled And Final Aftermath
SPEAKER_01: Well, as soon as he heard that, red flags.
SPEAKER_01: And he went into action, you know.
SPEAKER_01: I got a call right away, uh, okay, put a hold on transferring the on the sale of the company, you know.
SPEAKER_01: Um, didn't know why at the time or anything, you know.
SPEAKER_01: I just go, okay, well, this project's on hold for now.
SPEAKER_01: I focus on something else.
SPEAKER_01: But he just said he just, no, um, this was not gonna happen.
SPEAKER_01: Well, a couple days later, I did find out about it.
SPEAKER_01: Um, Jezebel and I were called into a meeting with the executive director, and he told her at that time, he said, uh, Timothy's not gonna buy the company.
SPEAKER_01: And at first, you know, Jezebel's like, she didn't really believe it.
SPEAKER_01: You know, she goes, Well, yeah, he is, you know, no, we've got everything in place.
SPEAKER_01: No, this is gonna happen.
SPEAKER_01: You know, she didn't really believe what he was saying.
SPEAKER_01: And so he said again, no, he is not going to buy the company.
SPEAKER_01: It's final.
SPEAKER_01: It's fine, you know, he's not gonna change his mind.
SPEAKER_01: And well, when she realized that he meant it, she became hysterical.
SPEAKER_01: And she just started sobbing and going, he has to, he has to, you know, she just kept saying that over and over again, you know, because I mean she knew without him this company did not have a promising future at all, you know, and she just, you know, she just like would not stop.
SPEAKER_01: I mean, and I finally spoke up.
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'd been sitting there really stunned with the whole thing that I was hearing, you know, and I go, Jezebel, he's not going to buy it, you know, and so at that point, um the sale was off.
SPEAKER_01: It did not go through.
SPEAKER_01: And Timothy made it clear at that point that he would never attempt to buy the company again.
SPEAKER_01: That, you know, that that was just that was just dead.
SPEAKER_01: That if Jezebel ever did want to sell the company again, that maybe the uh church, Sound Doctrine Church, uh where we went to church, they could uh buy the company and and you know, and that way it could just it could be really a part of everybody, you know, a part of the church.
SPEAKER_01: That was that was really the end of it.
Podbean
