3:06 SPEAKER_12: People come in, they sit down, and what's the first question you ask them?

3:12 SPEAKER_02: My cheesy line is somewhat something about how uh how short are we going to go today, or what do you want to do today, or something like that.

3:20 SPEAKER_12: So it's totally up to the person sitting in the chair.

3:22 SPEAKER_12: And by the way, you are a great barber.

3:24 SPEAKER_12: You're one of the few barbers I know that I can actually say, well, when I had hair, this is what I want done.

3:31 SPEAKER_12: Anymore, I just sit down and go, well, cut what's left.

3:34 SPEAKER_12: But uh any I I've told you before and I've gone to other barbers because you weren't around, you deserted me and didn't uh cut my hair.

3:42 SPEAKER_12: And I would say to them, you know, they'd go, What do you want?

3:45 SPEAKER_12: And I'd go through my routine, I can tell, I go, Well, just go ahead, you'll get it.

3:48 SPEAKER_12: And every single time it just comes out the way they want to.

3:50 SPEAKER_12: Correct, yeah.

3:51 SPEAKER_12: Whatever they want to do.

3:52 SPEAKER_12: Side beef.

3:53 SPEAKER_12: That's not what this podcast is about.

3:56 SPEAKER_12: All right, Mr.

3:58 SPEAKER_12: So a man comes in, he's got hair, obviously.

4:03 SPEAKER_12: What constitutes long hair on a man, Jacob?

4:07 SPEAKER_02: Oh, well, we've we've talked about long hair, short hair.

4:10 SPEAKER_02: So uh long hair, I mean, if it's if it's touching his shoulders, right?

4:15 SPEAKER_02: If it's hanging over past his ears down to his shoulders for a man, that's getting pretty long.

4:21 SPEAKER_02: That's like long hair.

4:22 SPEAKER_12: Okay.

4:23 SPEAKER_12: All right.

4:23 SPEAKER_12: I you know, it's a generic answer because we debate it out and we go all the way, but the truth is that's really not even the point.

4:30 SPEAKER_12: A carried cross means you no longer do what you want to do, long or short.

4:36 SPEAKER_12: Now, first 1 Corinthians 11 14 is very, very clear, though it does not seem to reflect in the church.

4:43 SPEAKER_12: Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him?

4:49 SPEAKER_12: So we got we kind of got that.

4:51 SPEAKER_12: And what people usually turn to me and say, Well, how do you know what's long?

4:54 SPEAKER_12: Or how do you know what's short?

4:56 SPEAKER_12: Well, since they can't decide, I'm gonna decide for them because I've been picking up my cross a long time.

5:02 SPEAKER_12: I've been hating my opinions a long, long time.

5:04 SPEAKER_12: I've been suffering with Jesus Christ like Carry Across a long time.

5:08 SPEAKER_12: So what a carry across barber shop is, since they cannot hear from the Lord, clearly they come in, they sit down, and they go, okay, and then I instruct you or a barber to cut what the Lord is saying they should have.

5:22 SPEAKER_12: Yes.

5:23 SPEAKER_12: They don't get a choice.

5:25 SPEAKER_12: That's that's right.

5:26 SPEAKER_12: Because they're Christians.

5:27 SPEAKER_12: And so they always ask the Lord, what should my hair be?

5:30 SPEAKER_12: How should it be cut?

5:32 SPEAKER_12: Right?

5:32 SPEAKER_12: Yes.

5:33 SPEAKER_12: Okay, so that's the career opportunity.

5:36 SPEAKER_02: You think I'm gonna make a bunch of money?

5:37 SPEAKER_02: I'm pretty sure you will not make a bunch of money.

5:40 SPEAKER_02: I'm pretty sure I believe you said you were gonna go worldwide with this.

5:43 SPEAKER_02: And uh I don't think yours.

5:46 SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, I don't think you're going uh this world uh to the next planet.

6:17 SPEAKER_12: Let me I'm gonna dive into this just a little bit, which means I'm gonna go longer than I need to.

Old Testament, Hair, And Tattoos

6:21 SPEAKER_12: Let's go to Leviticus chapter 19, verse 27, because it it's atrocious out there.

6:27 SPEAKER_12: Yeah, I I was talking to somebody the other day, they, you know, they're wearing a cross, and it was obvious they were a Christian.

6:33 SPEAKER_12: And I said, You're a Christian.

6:34 SPEAKER_12: Oh, yes, saved by grace.

6:35 SPEAKER_12: No, you're saved by mercy, but grace is the power to say no.

6:38 SPEAKER_12: But I I didn't get any doctrinal debates.

6:40 SPEAKER_12: But then he shows me his arm and he has his, he called it the life scripture tattooed on his arm.

6:47 SPEAKER_12: Obviously, we're looking at a violation, a disobedience.

6:50 SPEAKER_12: I'm trying to Okay, Leviticus 1927 says, Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard.

7:01 SPEAKER_12: Correct.

7:01 SPEAKER_12: All right, so it's not just long hair that's the issue.

7:05 SPEAKER_12: It's that we should be reflecting the holiness of God in the way that we're created, in the way that doesn't draw attention to ourselves.

7:14 SPEAKER_12: Now, Leviticus 1927, people go, well, that's the Old Testament, right?

7:19 SPEAKER_12: Isn't that the Old Testament?

7:20 SPEAKER_12: So that doesn't apply.

7:21 SPEAKER_12: And then, of course, I always love the other one.

7:23 SPEAKER_12: Well, Samson had long hair, and we must have an awful lot of Samsons running around.

7:28 SPEAKER_12: But that that means, of course, they're gonna be taken captive and their eyes are gonna be plucked out, but they don't ever seem to go there.

7:36 SPEAKER_12: Well, read Leviticus 1928.

7:38 SPEAKER_12: Go ahead and read that one.

7:40 SPEAKER_02: Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves.

7:49 SPEAKER_12: You think he's serious about that one?

7:51 SPEAKER_12: Yes.

7:52 SPEAKER_12: But people would say, oh, well that's the old testament, right?

7:55 SPEAKER_12: So so it doesn't really apply.

7:57 SPEAKER_12: We're we're I don't know.

7:58 SPEAKER_12: Do you know the lingo free and grace?

8:00 SPEAKER_12: We can do all these things.

8:02 SPEAKER_02: Yeah.

8:02 SPEAKER_02: I mean, well, we're talking once saved, always saved.

8:05 SPEAKER_02: You already you're a Christian, you accepted Jesus, so it doesn't really matter.

8:10 SPEAKER_12: Well, and then that well, they're acting like it's a holy thing to mark their body.

8:14 SPEAKER_12: Yeah, like it's a good thing.

8:15 SPEAKER_12: Correct.

8:16 SPEAKER_12: Oh, yeah, because you're like, fancy with their hair, it's totally missing what the gospel call is.

8:22 SPEAKER_12: Correct.

8:22 SPEAKER_12: And, you know, it's Satan looked at himself and was amazed at his beauty, and then became the devil.

8:28 SPEAKER_12: In the same way, when we do things that draw attention to ourselves, I mean that's why women are supposed to dress modestly, and men should reflect the holiness and the reverence of God.

8:37 SPEAKER_12: So you shouldn't see marks on the body, you know, little tattoo marks, and I don't know.

8:42 SPEAKER_12: What do you call those things when you go like, give me a design or a cut or whatever?

8:45 SPEAKER_12: I don't know what you call them.

8:46 SPEAKER_12: Like a style?

8:47 SPEAKER_12: You mean a haircut style?

8:49 SPEAKER_12: Yeah, you know, the design.

8:51 SPEAKER_12: It's got like ridges or something.

8:53 SPEAKER_02: Well, you it's just a design and it's like shaved into the side of the head.

8:56 SPEAKER_02: You shave that part in down to the skin.

8:59 SPEAKER_02: But that's all Old Testament, right?

9:01 SPEAKER_02: What do you mean that's Old Testament?

9:03 SPEAKER_12: Well, I mean, we're reading Old Testament, right?

9:04 SPEAKER_12: And so they don't have to live any of this, so there's no need to apply it.

9:08 SPEAKER_12: I mean, you you you don't really have to go for it because we're free in Jesus.

9:11 SPEAKER_12: Correct, you're free in Jesus.

9:12 SPEAKER_12: You can do whatever you want.

9:13 SPEAKER_12: Okay, so then verse 29 is okay to do.

9:15 SPEAKER_12: Go ahead and read that.

9:17 SPEAKER_02: Do not degrade your daughter by making her a prostitute, or the land will turn to prostitution and be filled with wickedness.

9:26 SPEAKER_02: I that's okay to do, right?

9:28 SPEAKER_02: Because it's old testament.

9:30 SPEAKER_02: Uh-huh.

9:30 SPEAKER_02: Well, he's saying don't degrade your daughter by making her a prostitute.

9:33 SPEAKER_02: So most people Oh, oh, I think.

9:38 SPEAKER_02: Yes.

9:38 SPEAKER_02: That's Old Testament.

9:39 SPEAKER_02: We're using the logic.

9:40 SPEAKER_02: Correct.

9:41 SPEAKER_02: Nowadays it would be okay.

9:43 SPEAKER_02: That does not apply.

9:44 SPEAKER_02: I'm afraid that anyway.

9:46 SPEAKER_02: Yes, so would my reverse 30.

9:48 SPEAKER_12: Does that apply that we should observe God's Sabbath and have reverence for his sanctuary and the Lord?

9:53 SPEAKER_02: That does apply, right?

9:54 SPEAKER_02: Yes.

9:55 SPEAKER_02: Everyone, all the Christian circles agree you should go to church regularly.

9:58 SPEAKER_12: Okay.

9:59 SPEAKER_02: All right.

9:59 SPEAKER_12: So if if we agree with that, then what about do not cut your hair, do not cut the sides of your head, or clip off the edges of your beard, do not cut your bodies, do not do tattoos.

10:09 SPEAKER_12: You think it all goes together?

10:10 SPEAKER_02: It all goes together.

10:12 SPEAKER_12: Well, but since it's old testament and I'm being just an old fogey and I'm legalistic, then verse 31 must be okay to do, right?

10:23 SPEAKER_12: No, that's not okay to do either.

10:25 SPEAKER_12: Well, read it to everybody.

10:27 SPEAKER_12: Because you're free in season.

10:29 SPEAKER_12: And we want like Saul, we want to seek the Lord.

10:32 SPEAKER_12: So we're gonna do this because the New Testament's very clear.

10:36 SPEAKER_02: Jesus never says anything about haircuts.

10:38 SPEAKER_02: Correct.

10:38 SPEAKER_02: Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them.

10:44 SPEAKER_02: I am the Lord your God.

10:47 SPEAKER_12: Okay, what do you think, Jacob?

10:48 SPEAKER_12: It's old testament.

10:50 SPEAKER_12: Should it be lived or not lived?

10:51 SPEAKER_12: Uh, I think it should be lived.

10:53 SPEAKER_12: Okay, all scriptures are useful.

10:54 SPEAKER_12: And I'm gonna read one more, but there's uh I have a little personal bias in this.

11:00 SPEAKER_12: I need to admit this.

11:02 SPEAKER_12: Go ahead and read verse 32.

11:03 SPEAKER_02: I think this should be lived out.

11:06 SPEAKER_02: Rise in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly, and revere your God.

11:12 SPEAKER_02: I am the Lord.

11:15 SPEAKER_02: Amen.

11:16 SPEAKER_12: Amen.

11:17 SPEAKER_12: Amen.

11:17 SPEAKER_12: All right.

11:18 SPEAKER_12: Enough on that topic.

11:19 SPEAKER_12: I think I made it clear.

11:20 SPEAKER_12: Carry across barbershop, you're going to want to invest now.

11:35 SPEAKER_12: Christians went there, they interviewed the Christian, and he's got this, you know, a mohawk.

11:40 SPEAKER_12: It's just sticking straight up.

11:41 SPEAKER_12: And then you look at preachers preaching, they're dressed like they're going to some casual event or something t-shirts.

11:49 SPEAKER_12: I mean, it may be clean or whatever, but there's no reverence for God.

11:53 SPEAKER_12: And this is what happens when you start tattooing your body, bringing attention to yourself, people get lazy, there's no even thought of the cross.

12:00 SPEAKER_12: But that's not really the point of the show of the day.

12:02 SPEAKER_12: But wanted to start moving in that direction.

12:07 SPEAKER_12: All right.

12:08 SPEAKER_12: So do you want to invest in it?

12:10 SPEAKER_12: I'll I'll be glad to take your money.

12:11 SPEAKER_12: Yes, I'll invest.

12:13 SPEAKER_12: Sure you will.

Persecution Claims And King County

12:15 SPEAKER_12: It's been a really, really, really like really good week or month actually for King County prosecutors.

12:23 SPEAKER_12: Oh, it has?

12:23 SPEAKER_12: They've had a good month.

12:25 SPEAKER_12: Oh, let's go to Luke chapter 11, verse 50.

12:28 SPEAKER_12: There is persecution against Christians breaking out everywhere.

12:32 SPEAKER_12: They have to be ecstatic.

12:34 SPEAKER_12: Prosecutor Simmons has to be thrilled because they're gonna, they're lumped together with all of this that's going on.

12:41 SPEAKER_12: In Luke chapter 11, verses 50 through 51.

12:44 SPEAKER_12: Let me read that.

12:46 SPEAKER_12: Therefore, this generation, this is Jesus talking, therefore, this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world, from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zachariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary.

13:04 SPEAKER_12: And as if he didn't emphasize it enough, Jesus goes on to say, Yes, I tell you, there's authority in this from Jesus Christ.

13:13 SPEAKER_12: This generation will be held responsible for it all.

13:18 SPEAKER_12: When King County prosecutors label this as a cult, when they framed an innocent man in order to take down the cult, they are part of this whole generation since that, beginning with Abel, and they will be lumped together when it comes to judgment day.

13:36 SPEAKER_12: And I and you know what, just on a basic level, let me explain why Jesus is saying that.

13:41 SPEAKER_12: King County prosecutors don't do not even have to look far back in history.

13:46 SPEAKER_12: All you can do is look at what the Nazis did.

13:48 SPEAKER_12: All you gotta do is look at the injustice that was down south.

13:51 SPEAKER_12: I mean, there are literally untold numbers of injustice.

13:57 SPEAKER_12: And for them to turn around and do what they did to Sound Doctrine Church, to me, to other individuals, to those young in the faith is reprehensible.

14:08 SPEAKER_12: There's no excuse.

14:08 SPEAKER_12: That's why Jesus says you're just going to be put in the same pot and set down to where it is very hot.

14:16 SPEAKER_12: Any comment on that so far, Jacob?

14:18 SPEAKER_12: No.

14:19 SPEAKER_12: Again, as I said, it's been a really good time for prosecutors of Seattle King County.

14:24 SPEAKER_12: Remember, the um uh the Christians had the event down there at the park, and they they there are literally police records of the those that opposed the Christians being there saying they were going to kill them and their children, and yet no hate crime charges were filed.

14:43 SPEAKER_12: Were ever filed, yeah.

14:45 SPEAKER_12: So they're all just a part of it.

14:46 SPEAKER_12: They just excuse it, they're just overlooking it.

14:48 SPEAKER_12: Indeed, looking at Detective Grant McCall as he literally live in court groom somebody for a false accusation and and the prosecutors and everybody just ignore it as if it's nothing.

15:00 SPEAKER_12: No wonder the jury thought it was nothing because of the prosecutors and the current people in charge to just look at that and go, eh, it's no big deal.

15:08 SPEAKER_12: Cops always groom and they always lead people into accusation.

15:12 SPEAKER_12: That's the only thing a jury could assume, correct?

15:15 SPEAKER_12: Correct.

15:16 SPEAKER_12: All right.

15:17 SPEAKER_12: Well, a judge ruled that all the Ten Commandments in 14 public schools had to be removed.

15:23 SPEAKER_12: That's that must be good news to King County prosecutors because there's more of just removing, you know, all those evil aspects of the Ten Commandments.

15:31 SPEAKER_12: We wouldn't want anybody actually being confronted with those, right?

15:34 SPEAKER_12: So those are being removed.

15:35 SPEAKER_12: Uh there's a link there if you want to point to it, but I don't think anybody doubts me.

15:39 SPEAKER_12: Okay, yeah.

15:40 SPEAKER_12: Then if you really think there's a problem, go to Europe and look at what's going there.

15:43 SPEAKER_12: They're literally persecuting heavily handed Christians in England and Europe and that whole area.

15:51 SPEAKER_12: You can't you can't say, think, act.

15:53 SPEAKER_12: You can't even go outside an abortion clinic and stand there and be quiet and do nothing but stand.

16:00 SPEAKER_12: And it's only going to get worse.

16:03 SPEAKER_12: All right, now let's move on.

Europe, Free Speech, And A Mayor’s Tirade

16:06 SPEAKER_12: And this is a mayor who's a Muslim and listen to what he says.

16:14 SPEAKER_05: I think it's quite hypocritical to know that you're approaching this podium when you yourself have videos on YouTube standing in front of my mosque, saying the cruelest of things about Muslims, about the religion of Islam.

16:29 SPEAKER_05: Because you are a bigot and you are a racist, and you are an Islamophobe.

16:33 SPEAKER_05: And although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here.

16:37 SPEAKER_05: And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of the city.

16:42 SPEAKER_05: Because you are not somebody who believes in coexistence.

16:45 SPEAKER_05: Uh, you're somebody who tries to preach it, uh, but in fact, you do everything uh but that.

16:50 SPEAKER_05: So I just want to put that on the record.

16:53 SPEAKER_05: Okay.

16:54 SPEAKER_12: Uh yeah, well, it's on record, all right.

16:58 SPEAKER_12: Okay.

16:59 SPEAKER_12: That is a mayor in the United States of America.

17:04 SPEAKER_12: In the the the that is the most complete hypocrisy I've ever seen.

17:08 SPEAKER_12: He's getting a Christian had gotten up and you know, voices, concern.

17:12 SPEAKER_12: Obviously, it's a legit concern.

17:14 SPEAKER_12: If that's the attitude of the mayor, that's going to translate all the way down into every aspect of that city, the police department and everywhere else.

17:22 SPEAKER_12: I mean, all you can do is look at the city of Eamonclaw, for an example.

17:24 SPEAKER_12: If one bad cop can manipulate the whole situation to run everybody out of town and destroy everybody that they can, and the police chiefs that have come along said, Oh, yeah, that's all good.

17:34 SPEAKER_12: You think this is going to turn out well?

17:36 SPEAKER_12: No.

17:38 SPEAKER_12: The hypocrisy is many.

17:39 SPEAKER_12: I chat I typed into Chat DP because I wanted to know, you know, a little bit of who he is and what's going on.

17:44 SPEAKER_12: And somebody needs to clean that up because it totally whitewashes what he does.

17:48 SPEAKER_12: It started by saying, Well, everybody says things they don't, and it was a heated conversation a little bit, and I'm going, wow, this is so I keep debating.

17:56 SPEAKER_12: I never kind of stop with Chat DP till I've gotten where I need to go.

18:01 SPEAKER_12: So I finally get to go, I go, that's just whitewash.

18:05 SPEAKER_12: It's just hypocrisy.

18:06 SPEAKER_12: And then it goes on to say, yes, it is hypocrisy.

18:09 SPEAKER_12: Uh-huh.

Maine Custody Ruling Against Faith

1:11:25 SPEAKER_12: I have a sense of family all the time, even though it's not my physical family, my DNA family.
